介绍了一种分析轴对称塑性成形问题的新方法———简化滑移线解法 ,并得到了光滑锥形凹模正挤压问题的简化滑移线解 ,求解所依据的近似应力场满足平衡微分方程和应力边界条件 ,并包含有应力间断面 ,但在某些局部范围内不满足屈服准则。结果表明 ,简化滑移线解高于滑移线解 ,低于上限解 ,比较接近于真实载荷 ,是求解轴对称塑性成形问题变形力的一种简便而实用的新方法
A new method to analyze the problem of axisymmetric plastic forming is introduced. The simplified slip line method is simplified and the simplified slip line solution is obtained for the problem of positive squeeze of smooth tapered concave die. The approximate stress field based on the solution satisfies the balance Differential equations and stress boundary conditions, and includes a stress fracture surface, but in some local areas does not meet the yield criterion. The results show that the simplified slip line solution is higher than the slip line solution, lower than the upper limit solution, and closer to the real load, which is a simple and practical new method for solving the deformation force of the axisymmetric plastic forming problem
