培养农村高中英语教师的综合素质是基础教育改革的重要内容,也是提升农村地区高中英语教育教学质量和教学水平的重要前提。因此,在基础教育改革进程不断推进的过程中,应当在农村高中英语教师培养工作方面给予足够关注和高度重视,以此来促进农村高中英语教师的自主发展。本文在分析农村高中英语教师自主发展现状的基础上,探索了推动农村高中英语教师自主发展的有效途径。
The overall quality of cultivating English teachers in rural senior high schools is an important part of the reform of basic education and an important prerequisite to improve the teaching quality and teaching level of English education in senior high schools in rural areas. Therefore, during the process of the reform of elementary education, we should pay enough attention and attach great importance to the cultivation of English teachers in rural high schools, so as to promote the autonomous development of English teachers in rural senior high schools. Based on the analysis of the current situation of independent development of English teachers in rural high schools, this paper explores the effective ways to promote the autonomous development of English teachers in rural high schools.
