鉴于高速铁路行车的特殊要求，指出在机车一线路系统相互匹配的基础上，应从路基、地基角度出发严格控制轨面变形，以确保高速铁路的安全与舒适。同时，对高速铁路路基的断面形式也进行了探讨。
In view of the special requirements of high-speed railway, it is pointed out that on the basis of mutual match of locomotive first-line system, the deformation of rail surface should be strictly controlled from the subgrade and foundation to ensure the safety and comfort of high-speed railway. At the same time, the section of high-speed railway subgrade is also discussed.
