继代保存方法是最基本的细菌保存方法。在研究养殖对虾病原弧菌时,分离细菌在短时间继代后出现死亡的例子屡见不鲜。用斜面,穿刺,或其它适当方法培养的继代细菌,一般需要保存在5℃左右。但保存适宜温度因微生物种类而异,有的保存温度以室温为宜,如副溶血弧菌(Vibrio parahaemolyticus)。所以,探讨实验室条件下的弧菌保存方法具有现实意义。本实验比较了弧菌在不同条件下存活情况及弧菌的适宜接种培养基。
