我国经济发速发展为国民提供了舒适的城市环境,同时城市改造为极大的改善了人民的居住环境。随着城镇化脚步的不断加快,我国土建基础工程得到了快速发展。土建施工质量不仅影响了项目投资的经济效益及社会效益,同时也影响着项目施工人员的安全及使用人员安全。针对现代土建工程施工质量问题频发的现状,土建工程建设施工中应采取针对性防治措施,保障土建工程施工质量。就土建工程常见质量问题及防治方法等进行了分析与论述。
The rapid development of our economy has provided our citizens with a comfortable urban environment, and urban renewal has greatly improved people’s living environment. With the accelerating pace of urbanization, China’s civil engineering foundation has been rapid development. The quality of civil construction not only affects the economic and social benefits of project investment, but also affects the safety of project construction workers and the safety of personnel. In view of the frequent occurrence of construction quality problems in modern civil engineering projects, targeted prevention and control measures should be taken in the construction of civil engineering construction to ensure the quality of civil engineering construction. The common quality problems of civil engineering and prevention methods are analyzed and discussed.
