在已拌和的混凝土中加入钢纤维能改进混凝土的冲击强度、挠曲强度、疲劳强度、韧性和抗裂、抗剥蚀能力。由于加钢纤维的混凝土冲击强度更高,因此钢纤维增强混凝土已用于大坝、溢洪道护面、工业用楼板、桥板表层、机场跑道和公路的护面。混凝土中的钢纤维如何加入?用量多大?是否钢纤维混凝土的浇筑与抹面施工比普通混凝土更困难一些?能用泵吸吗?在现场,它如何改变作业方法呢?美国混凝土学会第544次委员会就钢纤维增强混凝土这几方面的问题在其会刊三~四月一期,提出了报告,现将其中某些问题
Addition of steel fiber to the blended concrete can improve the impact strength, flexural strength, fatigue strength, toughness, crack resistance and anti-erosion ability of concrete. Due to the higher impact strength of steel fiber reinforced concrete, steel fiber reinforced concrete has been used in dams, spillway fencing, industrial floor, bridge surface, airport runways and road surface. How to join the steel fiber in concrete? How much? Is steel fiber concrete pouring and plastering construction more difficult than ordinary concrete? Pumping it? In the field, how does it change the method?
