整顿和规范建筑市场秩序,是整顿和规范市场经济秩序工作的重要组成部分。近些年来,建设部会同有关部门联合开展了建设工程项目执法监察和整顿建筑市场的工作,使违法违规行为在一定程度上得到遏制,建筑市场秩序有所改善。但是,由于多方面的原因,建筑市场秩序混乱的状况仍然没有从根本上得到扭转。两会期间,本刊记者就进一步整顿和规范建筑市场秩序,采访了全国政协委员张青林。
The rectification and standardization of the construction market order is an important part of the work of rectifying and regulating the market economic order.
