鼻胃管固定,以往多采用橡胶布围绕鼻胃管粘贴于面颊部或鼻前区,胶布易因分泌物沾污松脱,甚或阻碍鼻腔呼吸通道,并因吞咽活动,在鼻胃管固定下易造成鼻咽部及食道粘膜磨损,发生溃疡。为了纠正以上缺点,我们近来采用普通橡皮筋一条,围绕鼻胃管打一活结,以橡胶布牵引橡皮筋粘贴于前额部或鼻根部固定。因橡皮筋有一定弹性,鼻胃管能随吞咽而上下活动,可避免食道粘膜损伤。橡皮筋固定部位,远离鼻腔,亦不易受分泌物沾污。调整鼻胃管时。只要松解活结即可。便于
