最近,有消息称,中汽协受国家某政府部门委托展开了一项调研,内容就是中央重点汽车企业体制机制的问题。在我的印象中,关于中国汽车产业“由大转强”的话题至少说了十年,诸如联合重组、转变观念等解决方法也提了很多,但问题仍然没有解决。包括不久前长安在重组昌河的过程中遇到波折,也让人怀疑过去我们对汽车产业由大转强的思考是否真抓住了重点。
