远志是一种常用中药,不但能养心安神、祛痰止咳,还能增强记忆力。明代医药学家李时珍认为“此药服之能益智强志,故有远志之称”。唐代医学家孙思邈将远志列为益智药的第一味。晋代葛洪所著《抱朴子·仙药篇》也曾记载：“凌阳子仲服远志二十年,……开书所视不忘”。笔者老母已84岁高龄,仍耳聪目明, 思维敏捷,记忆良好,这与我长期让老人服用远志蜜膏有关。其配制方法为：每次取远志100克,水煎3次,取汁浓缩,炼蜜成膏,每日早晚各取1汤匙,温开水送服。
Polygalaceae is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine. It not only helps to calm the body, relieves cough, but also enhances memory. According to Li Shizhen, a medical scientist in the Ming Dynasty, “This drug can be used as a zhizhizhizhizhi, so it is called Zhiyuanzhi.” Tang Siyi, a medical scientist of the Tang Dynasty, listed Polygala as the first taste of Yizhi. Ge Hong’s “Ping Puzi·Xiang Yao” written by the Jin Dynasty has also recorded: “Yongyang Zi Zhong Zhi Yuan Zhizhi for 20 years, ... opened the book forever.” The author’s mother is 84 years old and still has concentrating eyesight, agile thinking, and good memory. This is related to my long-term use of the elderly to take Yuanzhi honey cream. The preparation method is: each time to take 100 grams Polygala, decoction 3 times, juice concentrate, refining honey into a paste, take 1 tablespoon each morning and evening, warm water delivery service.
