本文通过研究分析以英语作为外语(EFL)的大学生学习焦虑产生的原因以及影响因素,认为目前影响大学生英语学习焦虑的主要因素包括:自我知觉和自我认知、自我认同与社会地位、严格而正式的课堂环境、教师的作用以及文化差异。并且探索了避免、减轻和消除学生英语学习负面焦虑的方法和课堂教学干预策略,旨在调动学生英语学习的积极性和主动性,对提高英语课堂教学效果和学生的英语水平有很重要的现实意义。
By studying and analyzing the causes and influencing factors of college students ’anxiety in learning English as EFL, this paper argues that the main factors influencing college students’ English learning anxiety currently include self-perception and self-awareness, self-identity and social status, strictness and formality The classroom environment, the role of teachers and cultural differences. And explores ways to avoid, reduce and eliminate the negative anxiety of students in English learning and classroom intervention strategies aimed at arousing students ’enthusiasm and initiative in English learning, and has very important practical significance to improve English classroom teaching and students’ English proficiency .
