在工业生产中,对某些参数(如温度、流量等)值有一定规定。超出这个范围就需要报警,以便及时调整、检修。目前,我国工业生产中应用的联锁报警系统,大多是采用继电器联锁报警系统。这种系统存在着速度慢、有触点、工作周期短,耗电量大,体积大、不便维修等不足。为适应工业生产自动化技术水平高速发展的要求,笔者设计了一种用微型机实现的自动联锁报警系统。这种系统同继电器联锁报警系统相比,具有速度快、体积小、无触点、耗电省、便于维修和扩展等优点,同时也提高了系统的可靠性。一、系统的硬件组成及工作原理本系统采用 TP801单板机为主机配置了
