酒的生產和消費,兼及社會物質生活和精神生活。居延漢簡有關“酒”的資料,涉及漢塞軍人生活的具體情境,已有學者予以關注。~([1])《肩水金關漢簡(貳)》可見涉及酒的經營和消費的簡文,出現“清酒”名目。相關信息可以引發我們進一步的思考,應當有益於對於漢代邊塞社會飲食生活和酒業經營方面知識的充實,也有益於對於中國古代酒史與酒文化理解的深化。一、肩水金關“清酒”簡“清酒”多見於文獻記載。然而簡牘資料出現,首見於《肩水金關漢簡(貳)》發表
