本文应用白细胞趋化性琼脂糖测定法,在未经抗原或分裂原刺激的人外周血单个核细胞的培养上清液中,可测出一种能引起多形核白细胞趋化移动的淋巴因子。实验表明,这种淋巴因子系自发产生,主要来自淋巴细胞。56℃杀死的单个核细胞的培养物和置4℃环境下培育的上清液均缺乏趋化因子的活性。而加入培养液的血清则与趋化性淋巴因子的产生直接有关。因此,它对评价激活剂的作用以及对某些体外细胞免疫测定的结果分析,是一个值得注意的问题。
In this paper, leukocyte chemotaxis agarose assay was used to detect lymphocyte chemotactic migration of polymorphonuclear leukocytes in the culture supernatant of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells stimulated without antigen or mitogen . Experiments show that this lymphokine spontaneous generation, mainly from lymphocytes. The cultures of mononuclear cells killed at 56 ° C and the supernatants incubated at 4 ° C were devoid of chemokine activity. Serum added to the culture fluid is directly related to the production of chemotactic lymphokines. Therefore, its role in assessing activators and the analysis of the results of certain in vitro cellular immunoassays is a notable issue.
