人类T细胞白血病病毒(HTLV)已累及几个病种:成人T细胞白血病、菌样真菌病和Sezary综合征等多侵染HTLV-Ⅰ型;HTLV-Ⅱ型是从良性T细胞型毛细胞白血病患者中分离的;最近,又从获得性免疫缺陷综合征(AIDS)患者中分离出了HTLV-Ⅲ型。感染HTLV的患者,由于HTLV-Ⅰ、-Ⅱ和-Ⅲ的被膜糖蛋白(env)有共同的抗原决定簇之故,感染HTLV-Ⅱ的患者,其血清样品可被HTLV-Ⅰ的被膜糖蛋白识别,而感染HTLV-Ⅲ的AIDS患者,其血清样品可被-Ⅰ和-Ⅱ型的被膜蛋白免疫沉淀。为了阐明这些抗原的交叉反应性,本文作者研究了HTLV-Ⅱ的被膜糖蛋白基因的全部核苷酸序列。
The human T-cell leukemia virus (HTLV) has been implicated in several diseases: multi-infective HTLV-I, such as adult T-cell leukemia, fungal mycosis and Sezary’s syndrome. HTLV-II is derived from multiple T- Isolated from patients; recently, HTLV-III was isolated from patients with Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS). In patients infected with HTLV, serum samples can be contaminated with the envelope glycoprotein of HTLV-I in patients infected with HTLV-II due to the common antigenic determinants of envelope glycoproteins (env) of HTLV-I, -II and -III Recognition, and AIDS patients infected with HTLV-III serum samples can be-I and-II type envelope protein immunoprecipitation. To elucidate the cross-reactivity of these antigens, the authors investigated the entire nucleotide sequence of the envelope glycoprotein gene of HTLV-II.
