随着我国经济的发展,我国旅游业蓬勃发展,蕴藏的发展潜力巨大,但旅游业的发展离不开与之相适应的应用型人才。而随着旅游业的迅猛发展,旅游企业在知识、技能和素质方面都对员工提出了更高的要求,学校也需要培养更高素质的学生。我们只有不断改革、探索、创新,才能建立起适应我国教育国情发展的高校旅游管理专业实践教学模式。
With the economic development of our country, the tourism industry in our country is thriving and has tremendous potential for development. However, the development of tourism industry can not be separated from the applied talents suitable for it. With the rapid development of tourism, tourism enterprises have put forward higher requirements on employees in terms of knowledge, skills and quality. Schools also need to train higher-quality students. Only by constantly reforming, exploring and innovating, can we establish a practice teaching mode of tourism management major in colleges and universities that suits the development of our country’s education.
