本文研究了离子渗碳的工艺参数和试验结果,讨论了离子渗碳过程的动力学,提出了用于计算离子渗碳工件的表面碳浓度分布的数学模型,并在TP—803微型计算机上进行了数字仿真。
In this paper, the process parameters and experimental results of ion carburizing were studied. The kinetics of ion carburization was discussed. A mathematical model for calculating the surface carbon concentration distribution in ion-carburized workpieces was proposed and carried out on a TP-803 microcomputer Digital simulation.
