一、运河庄台工程概况运河庄台位于南四湖的微山湖中,在微山县彭口闸乡潘渡河口,是为解决运河、猛进两个大队1500余人的居住安全而兴建的.庄台台面设计高程37.80m(废黄河口基面),东西长364m,南北宽166m,土方工程量总计60余万立方米.湖面正常水位32.5～32.6m,最低枯水位31.5m,湖底高程在31.1～31.3m之间,庄台区湖底高程在29.64～31.34m之间.湖底表面有0.4～0.6m厚的淤泥层,以下为3.5m深的软塑、可塑性粘土、粉质粘土,部分含少量贝壳、草根、细砂及微量的砂礓石.土质粘性较大,胶结性较好,在疏浚土质分类中略高于Ⅲ类土.
