本文首次报道了１４例急性成人高原心脏病，它既不同于以往所指的成人高原心脏病，也不同于小儿高原心脏病，暂称为急性成人高原心脏病。临床特点为：①健康成人进入高原后急性起病；②临床主要表现以右室损害为主的全心受累；③均伴有不同程度的其它类型急性高原病；④及时治疗或转入低地后心衰恢复顺利，心脏形态可完全恢复正常；⑤留居高原最终可发展成既往所指的成人高原心脏病。
This article reports for the first time in 14 cases of acute adult plateau heart disease, which is different from the previously referred to as adult plateau heart disease, is also different from pediatric plateau heart disease, tentatively called acute adult plateau heart disease. Clinical features are as follows: ①Acute adults get acute onset after entering the plateau; ②The main clinical manifestations involve the right ventricular damage, which are all involved; ③All other types of acute plateau disease are accompanied by different degrees; ④After timely treatment or transfer to lowland Heart failure resumes smoothly, heart morphology can be completely restored to normal; ⑤ stay in the plateau can eventually develop into the previously referred to as adult plateau heart disease.
