Fractal analysis of the surface has been around for many years, and although there has been some controversy over the control of manufacturing processes, many interesting results have been obtained. At the same time, the progress made in the study of surface functional properties using fractal has been limited, First, the former fractal is focused on the power spectrum, not the space-sensitive autocorrelation function.Based on this, for the first time, the author introduces the fractal parameters into the surface function parameters based on the autocorrelation coefficient.The other reason for the limited progress is that, Many deterministic experiments related to surface function do not include fractal parameters in the parameter set, which is mainly due to the lack of surface smoothness instruments that can give fractal parameters in the past, thus losing the possibility of determining the value of fractal parameters. A new and simple method of measuring fractal properties that not only makes use of existing instrumentation but also allows rapid evaluation of fractal properties from available measurements based on the measurements made.
