目的了解乳腺癌中乳腺癌特异性基因1(BCSG1)和C-erbB2表达概况,探讨BCSG1和C-erbB2在乳腺癌中表达水平及意义。方法用免疫组化方法检测40例乳腺癌患者中BCSG1和C-erbB2的表达。结果40例乳腺癌组织中阳性表达26例,占65%,40例正常乳腺组织均呈阴性表达,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乳腺癌组织中BCSG1阳性表达与腋窝淋巴结转移、TNM分期、复发和转移有关(P<0.05)。40例乳腺癌组织中C-erbB2蛋白阳性表达率为37.5%(15/40),正常乳腺组织中均为阴性表达;两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乳腺癌组织中C-erbB2阳性表达与腋窝淋巴结转移、TNM分期、复发和转移有关(P>0.05)。结论基因BCSG1和C-erbB2表达异常是乳腺癌产生的机制之一,与乳腺癌的发生及发展有关。BCSG1可能是乳腺癌的一个重要预后指标。
Objective To investigate the expression of breast cancer-specific gene 1 (BCSG1) and C-erbB2 in breast cancer and to explore the expression and significance of BCSG1 and C-erbB2 in breast cancer. Methods The expressions of BCSG1 and C-erbB2 in 40 cases of breast cancer were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive expression was found in 40 cases of breast cancer (26 cases, 65%) and 40 cases of normal breast tissues (P <0.05). The positive expression of BCSG1 in breast cancer was related to axillary lymph node metastasis, TNM staging, recurrence and metastasis (P <0.05). The positive expression rate of C-erbB2 protein in 40 cases of breast cancer was 37.5% (15/40), all of which were negative in normal breast tissue. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The positive expression of C-erbB2 in breast cancer was related to axillary lymph node metastasis, TNM staging, recurrence and metastasis (P> 0.05). Conclusions The abnormal gene expression of BCSG1 and C-erbB2 is one of the mechanisms of breast cancer, which is related to the occurrence and development of breast cancer. BCSG1 may be an important prognostic indicator of breast cancer.
