Ⅹ-1 乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)在医药上的应用 Fritz Wendt Arch.Pharm.,1958,291,[3],33 在氨羧絡合剂中,乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)是最有价值的。EDTA与金屬所構成的絡合物,依其稳定度而言,則有如下的序列: Ba~(++),Sr~(++),Mg~(++),Ca~(++),Mn~(++),Fe~(++),Co~(++),Cd~(++),Zn~(++),Pb~(++),Ni~(++),Cu~(++),Hg~(++),Th~(++++),Fe~(+++)。近年来在医药的化学分析上,在治疗上,制药技术上,EDTA都有广泛的应用。 1.医药的化学分析: Flaschka(Osterr.Chemiker-Ztg.1953,54,234)曾对EDTA在分析上的应用,有过綜合报导。本文仅就对药学与医学上的定量分析作有关的叙述。Schwarzdnbach(Chimia,1949,3,1)指出以EDTA作容量分析是很好的,因为它与
