在学生刚接触到英语时教师就应当做好学生学习的引导者与合作者,这样才能让学生更好地掌握英语知识,才会为以后的学习奠定扎实的基础。【教学案例】在英语教学过程中,课前,教师可以先给学生几分钟的时间来相互讨论一下题目。由于导学案是教师提前已经给学生发放了,所以,一些学习能力较强的学生已经明确了这一题目,所以,教师就可以让学习能力强的学生帮助学习能力弱的学生进行学习与纠错。也就是说是开始“兵教兵”的过程,这样学习能力较弱
