本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法等对玉溪市不同职业群体参与体育活动的现状进行调查,分析其影响因素,并针对问题的本质提出相应的解决对策,旨在引导玉溪市不同的职业群体进行合理的体育活动锻炼。
This paper investigates the status quo of participation of different occupational groups in Yuxi city through literature methods and questionnaires, analyzes the influencing factors and puts forward corresponding solutions according to the nature of the problems, aiming at guiding different occupational groups in Yuxi city Reasonable physical activity exercise.
