目的观察ATP生物荧光法监测口腔诊所综合治疗台清洁效果。方法用ATP荧光检测仪,对北京朝阳区部分医疗单位口腔综合治疗台卫生清洁效果进行监测与评价。结果监测61台口腔综合治疗台台面、无影灯扶手、光固化机头等部位以及诊疗用水。以诊疗用水污染最严重,平均超标率达到88.53%;其次是光固化机头,污染超标率为57.38%;治疗台面和无影灯扶手污染超标率也接近20%。整体卫生质量评价,以美容院口腔科卫生清洁较好,以口腔诊所最差。结论 ATP生物荧光法应用于表面清洁效果动态监测具有良好的可行性和可操作性,出结果快。
Objective To observe the effect of ATP biofluorescence in monitoring the comprehensive treatment of oral clinic. Methods The ATP fluorescence detector was used to monitor and evaluate the hygienic effect of oral hygiene in some medical units in Chaoyang District, Beijing. Results Monitoring 61 sets of oral comprehensive treatment table, shadowless handrails, light curing head and other parts of the diagnosis and treatment of water. The most serious water pollution in clinical treatment, the average rate of exceeding the standard reached 88.53%; followed by light curing machine head, pollution exceeded the rate of 57.38%; treatment table and shadowless light railings pollution rate exceeded 20%. The overall health quality evaluation to beauty salons Department of Stomatology hygiene is better, with the worst clinic. Conclusion ATP biofluorescence method for the dynamic monitoring of surface cleaning has a good feasibility and maneuverability, the results are fast.
