合作学习是指学生在小组或团队中为了完成共同的目标和任务,有明确地分工的互助性学习。它是贯彻新课程理念的重要一环,它是当前课堂教学改革中一个亮点,但是从大量的课堂实践调研中发现,它也是一个难点。大多数小学语文教学课堂里的合作学习还处于自发阶段,为数不少的教师对合作学习缺乏认识和反思,具体的操作还处于经验水平,因此笔者以为目前的课堂小组合作学习需要整顿,需要正本清源。
Cooperative learning refers to students in the group or team in order to accomplish the common goals and tasks, there is a clear division of labor mutual learning.
