目的建立毛细管气相色谱法测定莫西沙星中的有机溶剂残留量。方法用INNOWAX毛细管气相色谱柱,FID检测器,以乙腈为内标进行测定。结果乙醚、甲醇、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)的线性范围分别为50～800μg/mL(r=0.9998)、30～480μg/mL(r=0.9999)、8.8～140.8μg/mL(r=0.9996);乙醚、甲醇、DMF的平均回收率分别为99.71%、100.3%、99.54%;RSD分别为1.87%、1.32%、1.67%(n=9)。结论该方法简单、灵敏、准确、重现性好,适用于莫西沙星中的有机溶剂残留量的测定。
Objective To establish a capillary gas chromatographic method for the determination of residual organic solvents in moxifloxacin. Methods INNOWAX capillary gas chromatography column, FID detector, with acetonitrile as the internal standard determination. Results The linear range of diethyl ether, methanol and N, N-dimethylformamide was 50 ~ 800μg / mL (r = 0.9998), 30 ~ 480μg / mL (r = 0.9996). The average recoveries of ether, methanol and DMF were 99.71%, 100.3% and 99.54%, respectively. The RSDs were 1.87%, 1.32% and 1.67% (n = 9), respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and reproducible. It is suitable for the determination of residual organic solvents in moxifloxacin.
