集输大队稠油处理工艺主要采用热化学沉降脱水工艺,建立了掺稀油、二级级脱水、二级升温、进罐除气、四级沉降的稠油脱水模式。2011年,稠油脱水工艺得到不断完善,生产运行趋于平稳。但稠油热化学沉降脱水工艺对温度的要求十分苛刻,为满足稠油脱水粘度要求,陈庄站、陈南站设备长期处于高温运行,存在严重的安全隐患。集输大队稠油处理将围绕着如何安全生产、降低能耗为目的,探索新技术、新工艺的应用。
The main process of gathering and transporting heavy crude oil in the brigade is the thermochemical sedimentation and dehydration process. A heavy oil dehydration mode with dilute oil, two-stage dehydration, two-stage heating, in-tank degassing and four-stage sedimentation is established. In 2011, the heavy oil dehydration process was continuously improved and the production operation tended to be stable. However, heavy oil thermochemical sedimentation dehydration process is very harsh on the temperature requirements, in order to meet the heavy oil dehydration viscosity requirements, Chen Zhuang station, Chennan station equipment at high temperatures long-term operation, there are serious security risks. The gathering and handling brigade heavy oil treatment will focus on how to safely produce and reduce energy consumption for the purpose of exploring the application of new technologies and new processes.
