通过对不同寄主或不同来源的11种29株拟青霉进行抗白色念珠菌和清除自由基的活性筛选,发现古尼拟青霉菌株RCEF0866的菌丝体乙酸乙酯提取物具有较强的抗真菌活性,在菌丝浓度为100.0 mg.mL-1时,其提取物的抑菌圈达到(18.1±1.7)mm;菌株RCEF0866和RCEF4118的菌丝体甲醇提取物还具有较强的清除自由基活性,在菌丝浓度为5.0 mg.mL-1时,其对0.4 mg.mL-1的DPPH(1,1 diphenyl-2-picryhydrazyl)自由基的清除率分别为82.75%和79.53%。对菌株RCEF0866菌丝体的乙酸乙酯提取物进行薄层抑菌试验发现,其抗真菌主要成分的Rf值为0.90,表明该抗真菌成分为低极性成分。二苯代苦味肼基自由基薄层试验结果表明,RCEF0866菌丝体的甲醇提取物中具清除自由基活性的成分的Rf值为0.80,表明该清除自由基成分也为低极性成分。
Through the activity screening of Candida albicans and free radical scavenging against 11 kinds of 29 Penicillium strains from different hosts or from different sources, it was found that the mycelium ethyl acetate extract of Paecilomyces Corynebacterium RCEF0866 had stronger anti-mycobacterial activity The mycotic circle of the extract reached (18.1 ± 1.7) mm when the mycelium concentration was 100.0 mg.mL-1. The mycelium methanol extract of the strains RCEF0866 and RCEF4118 also had strong scavenging free radical The scavenging rates of DPPH (1,1 diphenyl-2-picryhydrazyl) radical at 0.4 mg.mL-1 were 82.75% and 79.53%, respectively, when the mycelium concentration was 5.0 mg.mL-1. The thin-layer bacteriostasis test of the ethyl acetate extract of the strain RCEF0866 mycelium showed that the anti-fungal main component had an Rf value of 0.90, indicating that the anti-fungal component was a low-polar component. The dibenzylidenehydrazyl radical free-lamellar test results showed that the Rf value of the radical scavenging activity of the methanol extract of RCEF0866 mycelium was 0.80, indicating that the scavenging free radical component was also a low-polarity component.
