改革开放三十年以来,由于社会政治经济条件发生了急剧的变化,另外,现代科学技术较之前几个世纪有了很大的突破,所有的这些变化和变革往往会影响人类的思维变化,冲击了人类社会的某些认识和规范,从而出现了许多新生的事物,于此相适应,汉语里随之而来就出现了许多具有时代特色的新词语,本文通过对“赤脚医生”向“乡村医生”演变的分析,从经济、政治这两个角度来探讨汉语词语演变的情况及其原因,同时,并通过对“赤脚医生”与现代“乡村医生”的比较来浅析现代“乡村医生”医疗制度存在的问题及其改革的必要性。
