本文分析了影响信息产业链发展的正向和反向因素,利用建模软件Vensim PLE绘制出信息产业链发展影响因素因果反馈图,明确了各影响因素之间的反馈关系,确立了信息产业链发展的存量流量图,构建了信息产业链发展的系统动力学模型,并对信息产业链发展状况进行了仿真。结果表明:影响信息产业链发展的主要因素是政府支持力度、高质量人才创新能力和人才培训等,次要因素是法律法规完善的程度,城乡信息化差距对信息产业链发展也有一定的影响。
This paper analyzes the positive and negative factors that affect the development of the information industry chain, draws the causal feedback diagram of the influencing factors in the development of the information industry chain by using the modeling software Vensim PLE, clarifies the feedback relationship among the various influencing factors, establishes the information industry chain Development of the stock flow chart, build a system dynamics model of the development of the information industry chain, and the development of the information industry chain was simulated.
