2001-2010年是青海省全面建设小康社会、实施西部大开发战略、社会各项事业加快发展的重要时期。十年来,青海省委、省政府坚持以科学发展观为指导,带领全省各族人民锐意创新,不断进取,经济社会得到了快速发展,妇女事业也实现了新的跨越。为全面总结青海省实施《中国妇女纲要》和《规划》的情况,为实施新一轮妇女发展规划提供参考,我们对2001-2010年青海妇女发展情况进行终期监测评估形成终期监测报告。
2001-2010 is an important period for Qinghai Province to comprehensively build a well-to-do society, implement the strategy of developing the western region and accelerate the development of all social undertakings. Over the past decade, the Qinghai Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government have consistently adhered to the guidance of the scientific concept of development, led the people of all ethnic groups throughout the province to innovate and make progress continuously. The economy and society have witnessed rapid development and the women’s cause has also taken a new leap forward. In order to comprehensively summarize the implementation of the “Outline of Chinese Women” and “Planning” in Qinghai Province and provide a reference for the implementation of a new round of women’s development planning, we conducted the final monitoring and evaluation report on the development of women in Qinghai from 2001 to 2010 to form the final monitoring report.
