随着我国经济改革的不断深入和对外开放的进一步扩大,我国的教育体制进行了全面深刻的改革,对高职高专英语教学有了十分明确的培养目标和教学要求。但当前高职高专英语教学中存在诸多问题,如生源不平衡,学生英语水平参差不齐;教学观念和教学模式落后、教学方法陈旧;教学与实践脱节,忽视学生实际交际能力;师资力量不足等问题。因此,高职院校的英语教学的改革迫在眉睫。本文通过创新思维,更新教育观念;教学模式与内容的改革;加强教师队伍建设等几个方面提出了本人的几点建议。
With the continuous deepening of China’s economic reform and the further opening to the outside world, the education system in our country has carried out an all-round and profound reform, and has clearly defined training objectives and teaching requirements for English teaching in higher vocational colleges. However, there are many problems in the current English teaching of higher vocational colleges, such as the imbalance of students’ origin, the uneven level of students’ English, backward teaching concepts and teaching methods, outdated teaching methods, the disconnection between teaching and practice, neglect of students’ actual communicative competence, And other issues. Therefore, the reform of English teaching in higher vocational colleges is imminent. In this paper, I put forward my own suggestions through innovating my thinking, renewing the concept of education, reforming the teaching mode and content, and strengthening the construction of the teaching staff.
