针对煤炭综掘巷道存在锚杆支护作业辅助时间过长的现状,研制了一种临时护顶机,它是一种实现一掘多锚、加快掘锚速度以及提高掘锚机械化程度的煤矿机械产品。借助有限元分析软件 COSMOS,根据护顶机工作时的加载,对关键部件护顸梁进行受力分析,分析结果证实护顶梁的设计安全可靠,为该机的设计提供理论依据,同时为整机运行的安全性提供理论参考。
In view of the present situation that the supporting time of bolt supporting work in coal mine roadway is too long, a temporary escalator is developed, which is a kind of coal mine machinery which can realize digging multiple anchors, accelerating digging anchor speed and improving bolting mechanization degree product. With finite element analysis software COSMOS, according to the loading of the escalator work, the force analysis of the guard beam of the key components is carried out. The analysis results prove that the design of the guard beam is safe and reliable, providing a theoretical basis for the design of the machine, Machine operating safety provides a theoretical reference.
