本文报道对雄性 Wistar 大鼠一次腹腔注射不同活度的~(125)I 溶液两年后血清中 T_3、T_4和 r-TSH含量及其与镜下观察到的甲状腺不同类型的组织学改变的比较结果。结果表明,各实验组与对照组相比,T_3含最的差别不大;T_4的含量在9.3—94Gy 剂量范围内,随甲状腺剂量的增加而下降,在94—187Gy 范围内随剂量增加又有所上升;血清中 r-TSH 的含量,随甲状腺剂量的增加而升高。血清中 T_4和 r-TSH 的含量对同一类型甲状腺病理改变而言,似与甲状腺剂量有关;对同一剂量组而言,未发现与病理改变类型有关。
In this paper, the levels of T_3, T_4 and r-TSH in serum of two male Wistar rats injected intraperitoneally with ~ (125) I solution of different activity after two-year intraperitoneal injection were compared with the histological changes of different types of thyroid observed under microscope result. The results showed that the experimental group compared with the control group, T_3 containing the most of the difference is not; T_4 content in the 9.3-94Gy dose range, with the increase of thyroid dose decreased in the 94-187Gy range with the increase of dose Increased; serum r-TSH levels, with the thyroid dose increased. Serum T_4 and r-TSH content for the same type of thyroid pathological changes, the thyroid dose seems to be related to the same dose group, not found with the type of pathological changes.
