目的:建立复方毛冬青注射液中腺苷含量的高效液相测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定腺苷的含量。色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为磷酸盐缓冲液(pH6.5)-甲醇(17∶3),柱温为室温,流速为1ml/min,检测波长为260nm。结果:腺苷在0.18~0.90μg范围内与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999,n=5),平均回收率为99.58%(RSD=0.42%)。结论:该测定方法精密度高,准确性、重现性好,可用于复方毛冬青注射液的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of adenosine in compound Maodongqing injection. Methods: The content of adenosine was determined by HPLC. The column was a Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase was phosphate buffer (pH 6.5)-methanol (17:3), the column temperature was room temperature, the flow rate was 1 ml/min, and the detection wavelength was 260 nm. . Results: There was a good linear relationship between adenosine and its peak area in the range of 0.18-0.90 μg (r=0.9999, n=5). The average recovery was 99.58% (RSD=0.42%). Conclusion: The method has high precision, accuracy and reproducibility. It can be used for quality control of compound Maodongqing injection.
