制造业是技术创新的主战场,是创新最集中、最活跃的领域。经过多年的模仿创新、集成创新、引进消化吸收再创新,“中国创造”有了很大进展,但与发达国家相比仍有不小的差距,还有很长的路要走。创新永无止境,挑战永不止息。放眼全球,时与势在变化,艰与险仍交替,中国身处大国竞争的新赛场,站在创新发展的新起点,如何抓住新一轮科技革命和产业变革重大机遇?中国制造怎样在发达国家“再工业化”、新兴经济体“承接转移”中再造比较优势?
Manufacturing is the main battlefield of technological innovation and the most concentrated and active area of innovation. After many years of imitation and innovation, integrated innovation, the introduction of digestion and absorption and then innovation, “Made in China” has made great progress, but compared with the developed countries there is still a small gap, there is still a long way to go. Innovative endless, never stop the challenge.
