有些人认为油价低迷是一个很大的挑战。确实是,但是我们的行业已经习惯处理这样的问题。与走向低碳世界挑战相比,低油价的挑战显得较为苍白。我想谈一谈目前关于我们行业两个重要的话题——油价以及能源转型,他们两者之间有着密切的关系。我们先从价格说起。在我看来,在短期内对于石油价格的影响主要有四个标志性因素:全球经济与石油需求、OPEC(石油输出国组织)、美国页岩油以及资本成本。
Some people think that the downturn in oil prices is a big challenge. Indeed, but our industry has become accustomed to dealing with such problems. Compared with the challenge of moving to a low-carbon world, the challenge of low oil prices appears to be pale. I would like to talk about the two important topics in our industry right now - the price of oil and the energy transformation. There is a close relationship between the two. Let’s start with the price. In my opinion, there are mainly four key factors affecting the oil price in the short term: the global economy and oil demand, the OPEC (Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries), the shale oil in the United States, and the cost of capital.
