目的：研究复方醋酸曲安奈德擦剂（ 华尔乐） 擦剂的制备与质量标准，并观察其临床疗效。方法：用旋光度测定法测定主药醋酸曲安奈德的含量。结果：在试验浓度１～２０ ｍｇ·ｍｌ－１ 范围内旋光度与浓度呈良好的线性关系，ｒ＝ ０．９９９ ９，平均回收率为１００．５０％ ，ＲＳＤ为０．９２％ ，临床疗效确切。结论：方法简便、准确，可用于该制剂的质量控制，本品可推广用于临床。
Objective: To study the preparation and quality standard of compound triamcinolone acetonide (valerian) liniment and observe the clinical curative effect. Methods: The content of triamcinolone acetonide acetate was determined by optical rotation. Results: There was a good linear relationship between optical rotation and concentration at the concentration range of 1 ~ 20 mg · ml-1, r = 0.999 9, the average recovery was 100.50% and the RSD was 0.92%. The clinical efficacy exact. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate and can be used for the quality control of this preparation. This product can be widely used in clinic.
