目的:测定心脏超声造影剂声微显注射液的白蛋白微球浓度和直径。方法:库尔特粒度分析仪小孔直径70μm,小孔电流800μA,增益系数2,操作方式为Siphon500μl。精密吸取样品,以9g·L-1NaCl溶液稀释至100ml,搅匀后立即测定。结果:测试杯中微球浓度在7.98×104~39.90×104ml-1时呈良好的线性关系;浓度测定的RSD为0.91%,直径测定的RSD为1.30%;测定准确度为99.5%。结论:用库尔特颗粒粒度分析仪测定声微显注射液的白蛋白微球,方法可靠,测定结果准确,与国外文献报道一致
OBJECTIVE: To determine the concentration and diameter of albumin microspheres in cardiac micro-contrast media. Methods: The Coulter Particle Size Analyzer has a pore diameter of 70 μm, a well current of 800 μA, a gain factor of 2, and a mode of operation of 500 μl for Siphon. Precision drawing samples to 9g · L-1NaCl solution diluted to 100ml, stir immediately after the determination. Results: The concentration of microspheres in the test cup showed a good linearity when the concentration of microspheres was in the range of 7.98 × 104 ~ 39.90 × 104ml-1. The RSD of the concentration was 0.91% and the RSD of the diameter was 1.30% The accuracy is 99.5%. Conclusion: Coulter particle size analyzer for the determination of albumin microspheres injection of micro-sound microscopy, reliable, accurate determination of the results, consistent with foreign literature
