目的:建立测定雷尼替丁血药浓度的方法。方法:采用系数倍率法。结果:能不经分离直接消除血浆的背景干扰。平均回收率为99.08%,在0.1~10μg·ml-1浓度范围内线性良好(r=0.9999)。结论:方法简便、快速、经济、重复性好。适用于临床、特别是基层医疗单位的血药浓度检测和药动学研究。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of ranitidine blood concentration. Method: The coefficient multiplier method. Results: Plasma interference can be eliminated directly without isolation. The average recovery was 99.08%, and the linearity was good (r = 0.9999) in the range of 0.1 ~ 10μg · ml-1. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, economical and reproducible. Applicable to clinical, especially primary medical units of blood concentration testing and pharmacokinetic studies.
