(一)我省一九五四年发展农业生产合作社工作,截至十二月二十日巳基本结束。全省共建成新社二万零四百六十四个,加上原来的一万零六百六十七个旧社,现在全省共有农业生产合作社三万一千一百三十一个。入社农户已发展到一百三十万零八千一百户,占全省农户总数的百分之四十,超过了原订建社计划(原计划发展到农户总数的百分之三十五)。这样发展的结果,在全省的一百零一个县、市、镇单位中,已有十四个县入社农户达到了各该县农户总数的百分之六十以上(内平顺、武乡两县已达到百分之八十以上);达农户百分之四十至六十者,有二十五个县、一个市、一个镇;达农户百分之三十至四十者,有二十七个县,三个市;达农户百分之二十至三十者,有二十六个县;入社农户在农户总数百分之二十以下者,有三个县和一个市。全省已达到了乡乡有社,并有一千五百多个乡基本上合作化。一般来
