(一)我厂根据省府及工业厅指示,在党委的统一领导与大力支持下,于九、十两月配合各项中心工作对车间劳动组织和管理机构进行了整顿,已获得了初步成绩。从整顿前(九、十月)后(十一月份)的对比来看:减少了生产工人一一七名(直接生产工人仅减少三名),勤杂及非生产人员十六名,劳动生产率提高了百分之二四.四四,实际完成生产量提高了百分之一五.一七,单位产品成本降低了百分之三.五八;同时正常的劳动秩序已开始建立,为正式推行一长制及贯彻作业计划创造了良好条件。其具体措施如下:
