《安徽省〈饲料和饲料添加剂管理条例〉实施办法》已于2004年6月21日经安徽省人民政府第14次常务会议通过 ,现予发布 ,自2004年9月1日起施行。新的《办法》设立了生产企业行政许可制度、确立了经营企业备案制度、规定了质量监督抽查制度 ,这些改进旨在加强对安徽省饲料、饲料添加剂的管理 ,提高饲料、饲料添加剂的质量 ,促进安徽省饲料工业和养殖业的发展。同样 ,《办法》对其他省份的饲料、饲料添加剂管理工作有借鉴作用。现刊登全文 ,以便于广大读者了解该办法的详细内容。
The Anhui Province Implementation Rules for the Regulations on the Administration of Feed and Feed Additives was approved by the 14th executive meeting of Anhui Provincial People’s Government on June 21, 2004 and is hereby promulgated and will come into force on September 1, 2004. The new “Measures” set up an administrative licensing system for manufacturing enterprises, established a filing system for operating enterprises and stipulated a quality supervision and spot check system. These improvements aimed at strengthening the management of feed and feed additives in Anhui Province, improving the quality of feed and feed additives, Promote the development of feed industry and aquaculture in Anhui Province. Similarly, the “Measures” for other provinces feed, feed additives management work for reference.
