本文介绍澳大利亚联邦科学与工业研究组织(CSIRO)研究并获专利、由北美胶带监测公司特许加拿大Syncrude公司使用的胶带监测技术(CBM)。该技术主要内容是:首先对胶带中的钢丝绳进行磁化,然后利用特殊传感器监测由于钢绳破断、间隙或钢绳端产生的磁场并将磁场信号送给多通道记录仪输出破坏现象的磁轨迹,通过对这些数据的分析并结合胶带的检查结果,评估胶带寿命,确定更换标准,进行合理的胶带载荷与尺寸结构设计。
This article describes the patented, CSIM-based tape monitoring technology (CBM) licensed by North American tape monitoring company Syncrude Canada.
