面对激烈的竞争,如何培养出具有竞争意识和创新精神的人才,使他们成为实现中国梦的放心接班人,是每个教师肩负的重要使命。为了培养学生的创新能力,让每名学生在每节语文课上用不同的形式在语文书上记录自己一节课的收获,两颗小星星、五朵小花、三个小笑脸等等,每个学生都能从一点一滴记录自己一节课的所得,学生用幼稚单纯的想法记忆自己成长的经历,同时也在记录一名语文教师的成长经历。
In the face of fierce competition, it is an important mission for each teacher to cultivate talents with a sense of competition and innovation so that they can become assured successors of the realization of the Chinese dream.
