对80例脑梗塞急性期病人分别测定血清中过氧化脂质代谢产物丙二醛(MDA)及体内重要的自由基清除剂超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,发现脑梗塞急性期血清MDA明显增加而SOD活性明显降低,二者成负相关,结果提示脑梗塞急性期自由基参与了脑损伤机制。
Eighty patients with acute cerebral infarction were measured serum lipid peroxidation metabolites malondialdehyde (MDA) and the body of an important free radical scavenger superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and found that acute cerebral infarction serum MDA While the activity of SOD was significantly decreased. The two were negatively correlated, suggesting that free radical in the acute stage of cerebral infarction is involved in the mechanism of brain injury.
