In order to conscientiously implement the spirit of the Tenth Annual Meeting, promote the reform and development of enterprises, and learn from and promote the experience of Qingdao Port, the China Workers’ Political Research Conference held an exchange meeting on the site of ideological and political work in Qingdao in mid-December 1998.
