匾额是中华民族文化瑰宝,优秀匾额集中国历史之思想、制度、艺术、文化精华于一身,在民族成长进程中,曾对社会生活广泛发挥主流价值观教化的正能量。党和国家高度重视弘扬优秀传统文化,强调用历史文明硕果教化社会、立德树人。首都北京作为匾额文化高地,对此应主动有所担当,尽快启动中华匾额申遗程序,以振兴优秀匾额文化来弘扬民族传统文化。目前,历经时代变迁,匾额文化衰微,识匾、懂匾、存匾者大大减少,残存的历史匾额多碎片状存在于文物建筑、博物馆单位、部分收藏者。新的制匾挂匾于
