1.胚芽鞘感光部位、光对胚芽鞘生长的影响上图是一组燕麦胚芽鞘实验,每项实验处理方法不同,试分析在不同情况下胚芽鞘的生长状况。图中的⑥将如何生长呢?明确了胚芽鞘感光部位在尖端,则易答对“直立生长”。上图中的②虽然没有照光,但仍可以直立生长。其实单侧光只影响生长素的运输和分布,不影响生长。关于生长素影响生长的实验设计,也可以从上图中得到借鉴。
